Spin Off & Splendour in the Grass 2022
A back to back stacked weekend with Adelaide’s Spin Off and Splendour in the Grass in Byron Bay… what a way to welcome back festivals! This year we were proud to be working with a number of clients including Baker Boy, Violent Soho and Genesis Owusu & G Flip who both played Spin Off Festival & Splendour.
With event cancellations, final shows (RIP soho 😭) and last minute gig additions - it was truly a weekend to remember.

Safe from the weather under a huge 25,000 person tent, Spin Off Festival in Adelaide went off without a hitch with unreal sets from Genesis Owusu and G Flip. Meanwhile, things weren’t going so well in Byron Bay.
With Baker Boy due on the Amphitheatre stage, the first day of the event was cancelled due to safety and weather concerns. But, when there is a will - there is a way. Our fearless leader Sophie jumped on the phone, called in favours and joined forces to make magic happen. 2 hour later, we were loading into the Byron Bay Beach Hotel for an impromptu show with our pals in Rolling Coastal Blackout, Jono Ma & Confidence Man.

What was a rocky start turned into a phenomenal weekend of live music. Violent Soho performed their last ever festival show after announcing their hiatus a week earlier, G Flip single handedly (literally!) played the Amphitheatre main stage with their Dad & buddy Sloppa drinking beers on-stage and Genesis Owusu stole the show with one of the most outstanding performances of the festival. Huge props to our friends over at Splendour in the Grass who managed to defy all odds and present the 2022 festival - despite everything thrown in their way.
